Alison’s Bio
During her career Alison has worked in several industries and roles โ she is a team and wellness coach and also a conservationist. She has worked in tourism, the corporate sector, training and education, conservation and the non-profit sector. She has held roles such as Trainer, Facilitator, Founder, Project Manager, Citizen Scientist and Motivational Speaker.
Alison trained through the South African College of Applied Psychology to become a Coach, completing a 2-year Post-Grad Diploma in Coaching in 2018. She is currently completing the CRR International certification in Relationship Systems Intelligence. She is a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Her interest in wellness and wellness coaching began at a personal level when she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019. Over the past few years, Alison has learned that true wellness comes from what we eat, what we drink, how we move our bodies, but also from what we think. Making sure that we are following our purpose and practising daily joy and gratitude contribute in large amounts to our overall wellness.
