Anita is a Functional Medicine Health Coach with her own practice. She helps her clients get to the root cause of their health issues, rather than addressing the symptoms only. She then works with them to create a personalised path to find their way back to health and remain well using diet and lifestyle changes. Where necessary, advanced functional testing is used, as well as genetic testing. Whilst she works with those with all forms of health challenges, her focus is on Autoimmune conditions, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
