Highlights of this episode:
- Fear is just an indicator that you actually want to do something. Label it fear when it shows up and then stand up in the room and see what fresh thoughts come. Energy shifts when you move.
- Get support to hold your hand whilst you are working through it. Ideally by someone who has gone through it as well and they are on the other side. Mentor, coach, experienced friend.
- Write down and envision what would happen if you broke down and faced your fear. What would you be seeing, how would you be standing, how would you feel inside.
- Have fun trying. Confidence comes from after doing the action.
- Use the 5, 5, 5 rule.
