Elsi’s Bio

Dr Elsi Meyer has a yearning to discover the full mystery of the body-mind. As a Doctor of Psychology, she realized that the true depth of the psyche lies beyond scientific and analytical models. It took her on a journey through kinesiology, EFT, meditation and Chakradance, where she learned that the deeper levels of the mind only reveal themselves once we learn to replace reasoning with awareness.

By accessing the body-mind, not only did she find wisdom, an inexplicable calm and powerful psychodynamics, but realized that this is where true authenticity and autonomy happen.

Her interaction with clients made her realise how we were un-conditioned by excessive reasoning to dampen our awareness, and in so doing, constrain our access to personal power that should be our birthright.

She is the author of the book: RE-mind Your Body as well as the online course: Conscious Journalling for Change. The readers are ushered into the forgotten passages of the body-mind to unleash their power through deeper awareness.

If we truly want to achieve wellness, we need to allow the body-mind to raise up into our full consciousness.
