I’m doing my happy Raindance because I have one of my podcasting friends, Pastor Bob Thibodeau, founder of Podcasters for Christ with me.
I’ve had the honour of being a guest on Bob’s Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast, and Bob and his message resonated so much with me that I asked him to come and share it with you.
Our topic today is one that is very close to our hearts as Christian coaches and that is being of service to others. Bob shares how to do that through podcasting!

Pastor Robert Thibodeau is a 12 year Army veteran (serving as both enlisted and as a commissioned Cavalry Officer). He is also a retired law enforcement supervisor.
His Ministry Background
After his retirement, he started his radio career and within six months had his own nationwide AM radio ministry program!
He started the online Christian radio platform “Evangelism Radio” in the fall of 2010 (www.evangelismradio.com) to help church and ministry leaders to take their messages to the world (at a fraction of the cost of traditional radio).
He started the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast to conduct interviews with Christian influencers from all walks of life and to play the interviews on the radio platform (to help them promote their ministries, products and services).
After the success of the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast, Pastor Bob was asked over and over again “How can I start a podcast?” This led to the development of a specialized “Podcast Training Program” specifically designed to help Christians start a podcast or grow their existing podcast.
Noticing the only hosting platforms were “secular” in nature, Pastor Bob began the process of developing a Christian Hosting Platform that would cater specifically to the needs of Christian podcasters.
In February 2020, after two years of R&D, he launched the first ever Christian Podcast Hosting & Marketing platform, “FaithCasters.net “ (designed BY Christians FOR Christians).
In addition, Pastor Bob worked diligently all through the pandemic, as our ministry continued to expand. More and more Christians have realized sharing the Gospel online is a necessity today.
Officially launching in December 2020, ALL of our services are combined and rebranded under one flagship – PODCASTERS FOR CHRIST! This allows everyone to find whatever service they need in podcasting and online radio – all under one roof.
He currently resides in the Baltimore, MD area with his wife of 42 years, two grown daughters and their families (with 7 grandchildren).
