Shawnee Harle, a mental toughness coach, helps people figure out what’s going on in their heads, cut through the noise and unleash their inner tiger so they show up with courage and confidence.
In this inspirational episode, Shawnee shares the three F Words that hold the key to our Freedom.
Are you prepared for the biggest day, the biggest stage of your life? Are you ready to show up with courage and confidence? Mental Toughness isn’t about being “tough”. Nerves, self-doubt, and fear are completely normal. “Without fear, there can be no courage.” A Mental Toughness toolkit help us manage these emotional storms, and emerge as our Greatest Self. – Shawnee Harle
I passionately disagree with these statements: “Fake it till you make it.” “Just get out there and be confident.” “There’s nothing to worry about, you will be fine.” The truth is faking is hiding, we don’t always feel confident, and most of the time there is something to worry about. When we face the truth, the WHOLE truth, it sets us free. – Shawnee Harle
